Laat me je voorstellen, mijn nieuwe feature: What to Watch during the Weekend

Let me introduce to you, my new feature: What to Watch during the Weekend.

 

Ik hou van sporten, en actief bezig zijn langs de ene kant, maar aan de andere kant kan ik ook enorm hard genieten van rustige momentjes. Meer dan ooit kijk ik naar films, series en andere reeksen op tv. Ik kan er mega hard van genieten om eventjes weg te zijn van de realtiteit en gewoon te focussen op een ideale wereld. In situaties als je het moeilijk hebt (zoals deze periode voor mij) kunnen bewegende verhalen je net dat tikkeltje rust geven die je nodig hebt. Ik denk dat jullie allemaal wel snappen wat ik bedoel 😉

Het leek me dan ook een schitterend idee om te starten met mijn WWW. Als je zin hebt om je rustig neer te ploffen in de zetel en een filmpje wil opzetten, maar voor de zoveelste keer geen idee hebt welke film, bied ik de oplossing aan: de WWW. Een lijst met allemaal films met bijhorende commentaar.

Verwacht niet de typische beoordelingen, maar eentje helemaal gericht op vrouwen 😉

Omdat we zo geweldig zijn 😉 Verwacht in de lijst dus vele romcoms & drama 😉

Ik hoop dat je er van geniet en er iets aan hebt 😉

 

I love sports and being active on one hand , but on the other hand, I also really enjoy quiet moments . More than ever, I watch movies , series and other series on TV. I really can enjoy myself or a while to lose track of reality and just focusing on an ideal dreamworld. In dificult times ( such as this period for me) screenstories may just give you that little bit of rest that you need.I think all of you ‘ll understand what I mean 😉

 

It seemed like a brilliant idea then to start with my WWW . If you feel like you just want to plop down on the couch and watch a movie , but once again yoy have no idea which one , I offer the solution: WWW .

A list of all movies with accompanying commentary . Do not expect the typical ratings , but one entirely focused on women 😉 Because we are so amazing 😉 Expect a list full of romcoms & drama 😉

KORTE INHOUD/SUMMARY:

De film vertelt het verhaal van de eerste ontmoeting op de universiteit (Sint-Andrews) van Britse Prins William & Prinses Kate tot en met hun verloving. Je krijgt hun ups & downs te zien, hun eerste romantische momenten, je maakt kennis met the Royal house,.. Je krijgt een idee van hoe het moet zijn om te veranderen van een gewoon meisje naar een vrouw die constant in de picture komt te staan door de media. Je krijgt Kates moeilijkheden te zien om om te gaan met de paparazzi. Kortom, hij schetst goed de levensloop van deze twee Britse royalty.

 

The film tells the story of British Prince Williams & Princess Kates first meeting at the University of St-Andrews till their engagement. You get to see their ups and downs, their first romantic moments, you will be introduced to the Royal house, .. You get an idea of what it must be to change from an ordinary girl into a woman who constantly gets full attention.The movie shows the role of the paparazzi and Kates struggles to deal with them. In short, he describes well the life of these two British royalty.

 

COMMENTAAR/ COMMENTS:

De film is een aanrader omdat hij een bonte mix maakt van drama, romantiek & historiek.

Hij is ideaal voor op een zaterdagavondje wanneer je zin hebt in een ontspannende film met toch de nodige inhoud. Als je niet van zeemzoete love stories houdt, raad ik hem wel niet aan 😉

Verwacht geen mega hoogstaande historische film, want dat is hij absoluut niet! Hij vertelt wel het verhaal van William & Kate, al moet je dit toch met een korrel zout nemen. 😉 Kate wordt hier neergezet als de babe van de universiteit, en ook William komt -naar mijn mening- hier veel knapper en romantischer uit de hoek 😉

 

The film is recommended because it makes a colorful mix of drama, romance and history. 

It is ideal for a Saturday night if you’re planning a relaxing movie yet with the necessary content. If you do not like sugar-sweet love stories, I advise him not to you 😉 

Do not expect a high historical film, for which he is absolutely not! He does tell the story of William and Kate, all you have to watch this with a grain of salt. 😉 Kate is put down here as the babe of the university, and William is -in my opinion-a lot prettier and is pictured more romantic 😉

CONCLUSIE/CONCLUSION:

Een leuke, aangename film. Ideaal voor een gezellig avondje en als je benieuwd bent naar het verhaal achter hun romance. Uiteraard is hij wel voorspelbaar, omdat iedereen uiteraard de goede afloop al kent ;).Verwacht wel niet de meest hoogstaande film, dan kom je bedrogen uit. Start met een chille bui 😉

A fun, enjoyable film. Ideal for a fun night and if you’re curious about the story behind their romance. Obviously he is predictable, because everyone obviously know the happy ending;). However do not expect the best quality film, then you’ll be disappointed. Start with a chill mood;)
